Land Improvement Center Associate

The Land Improvement Center (LIC) Associate is responsible for assisting in the operations and assets related to the LIC facility. This position requires significant collaboration with customers, other Phillips Companies’ employees, and the LIC manager. This person is expected to participate in all company-sponsored programs and conduct themselves in alignment with company values.

Aggregate Operator

Phillips Companies is looking for a Loader Operator to join our Aggregate team in Xenia, OH! As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders, to support the daily operations of the facility. This position will involve tasks related to material handling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Dispatch/Trucking Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Load Planner & Lead Dispatcher to run the day-to-day operations of our aggregate truck hauling fleet. This is a leadership position that combines strategic load planning, dispatching, driver management, safety compliance, and close coordination with sales, plants, and maintenance.

Ready Mix Truck Driver

Primary responsibility is to drive a concrete mixer to work sites and discharge loads. This is performed in various settings and conditions, including uneven ground, and may require unloading and attaching extension chutes weighing thirty to fifty pounds to the end of the primary chute. A Ready-Mix Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ready-mix truck used for delivering products associated with the company’s ready-mix concrete department.

Building and Property Maintenance Technician

The Building and Property Maintenance Technician (BPMT) is responsible for maintaining the physical plant operations of the Phillips Companies and SIBCO LTD. Beavercreek campus. This will be done through performing troubleshooting, repairs and scheduled maintenance items, supervising contractors performing repairs and scheduled maintenance items and performing various tasks around the campus as needed. Additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Department Manager.
